A short one hour course that can be undertaken during lunch time It is designed to give Girls and Women of all ages a brief and istructive overview in Self Defence

  1. Short Film and opening discussion
  2. Escape from wrist grabs, left – right – both.
  3. Escape from front and back strangle
  4. Escape from back strangle with takedown
  5. Escape from hair grabs front and back single
  6. Escape from Grabs Front and Back, Pinned and Unpinned
  7. Escape from pushed to knees
  8. Escape from strangles on the ground behind head, to side, between legs, on chest, on arms.
  9. Escape from rear chokes, Front and Rear
  10. Blocking techniques
  11. Striking techniques
  12. Defence against weapons
