- Short Film and opening discussion
- Escape from wrist grabs, left – right – both.
- Escape from front and back strangle
- Escape from back strangle with takedown
- Escape from hair grabs front and back single
- Escape from Grabs Front and Back, Pinned and Unpinned
- Escape from pushed to knees
- Escape from strangles on the ground behind head, to side, between legs, on chest, on arms.
- Escape from rear chokes, Front and Rear
- Blocking techniques
- Striking techniques
- Defence against weapons
