Morning Session one

  1. Opening Lecture
  2. Body Language - Don't be a target
  3. Various ways to fall - not only to avoid being hurt but to escape
  4. Learning about your Inner Strengths and learning about Chi energy
  5. Evasive techniques - Escaping from your attacker
  6. 15 min Break
  7. Blocking techniques - How to avoid being struck, even by a stronger person
  8. Escape from strangles and chokes whilst standing
  9. Escape from ground strangles - how to escape when pinned to the floor

Lunch Break 1 hour

Afternoon Session Two

  1. Basic locks - to allow time to escape
  2. Placing and holding the attacker safely on the ground
  3. Defence against weapons - avoid and evade weapons
  4. Fighting back utilising safe striking techniques with minimal force
  5. 15 min Break
  6. Advanced techniques –preventing an attacker continuing an attack.
  7. How to control an attacker without inflicting injury
  8. Circle practice - dealing with numerous attackers
  9. Course conclusion - putting everything together
