  5. Evasive techniques - Escaping from your attacker
  6. Blocking techniques - How to avoid being struck, even by a stronger person
  7. Escape from strangles and chokes whilst standing

Afternoon Session Two

  1. Review of Inner Strengths
  2. Basic locks - to allow time to escape
  3. Various ways to fall - not only to avoid being hurt but to escape
  4. Break
  5. Placing and holding the attacker safely on the ground
  6. Escape from ground strangles - how to escape when pinned to the floor
  7. Defence against weapons - avoid and evade weapons
  8. Summing up

Morning Session Three

  1. Opening Lecture
  2. Review of Inner Strengths and Chi energy
  3. Utilising objects as weapons for protection to avoid injury
  4. Fighting back utilising safe striking techniques with minimal force
  5. Break
  6. Multiple attacks - dealing with more than one attacker
  7. Advanced techniques –preventing an attacker continuing an attack.
  8. Atemi points - vital points and how to use them to control an attacker without causing injury.

Afternoon Session Four

  1. Review of Inner Strengths and Chi energy
  2. Nerve and pressure points.- how to control an attacker without inflicting injury
  3. Break
  4. Advanced Locking techniques - how to control an attacker until help comes
  5. Circle practice - dealing with numerous attackers
  6. Course conclusion - putting everything together
