Morning Session one

- Body Language - Don't be a target
- Learning about your Inner Strengths and learning about Chi energy
- Break
- Evasive techniques - Escaping from your attacker
- Blocking techniques - How to avoid being struck, even by a stronger person
- Escape from strangles and chokes whilst standing
Afternoon Session Two
- Review of Inner Strengths
- Basic locks - to allow time to escape
- Various ways to fall - not only to avoid being hurt but to escape
- Break
- Placing and holding the attacker safely on the ground
- Escape from ground strangles - how to escape when pinned to the floor
- Defence against weapons - avoid and evade weapons
- Summing up
Morning Session Three
- Opening Lecture
- Review of Inner Strengths and Chi energy
- Utilising objects as weapons for protection to avoid injury
- Fighting back utilising safe striking techniques with minimal force
- Break
- Multiple attacks - dealing with more than one attacker
- Advanced techniques –preventing an attacker continuing an attack.
- Atemi points - vital points and how to use them to control an attacker without causing injury.
Afternoon Session Four
- Review of Inner Strengths and Chi energy
- Nerve and pressure points.- how to control an attacker without inflicting injury
- Break
- Advanced Locking techniques - how to control an attacker until help comes
- Circle practice - dealing with numerous attackers
- Course conclusion - putting everything together
