AirSP City Talk and Lunch September 2006

AirSP organised its kick off event for the 2006/7 in the City in early September with a talk, lunch and networking session. It was a full house for the talk entitled: Dynamite Words: How to find the right words to blast a path to new and better business. Graham Tomaszko, Chairman of AirSP, is pictured (right) introducing presenter Mike Gleeson (left), of Archangel Communications, the business communications specialists, who led the session. Thirty five members and guests attended the talk and lunch. Post session feedback was consistently good. Attendees said they had picked up useful ideas as well as tips and tricks that they could make use of when they returned to their offices.

Graham Tomaszko comments: "AirSP events are always great for networking - but this time we've added something extra - a thought provoking presentation with a highly practical element. Members and guests who attended thought it was a successful formula. AirSP is now looking forward to the usual busy year of events designed specifically to help Members build their businesses."

If you were unable to attend the event but would like a copy of the session handout, please email Graham Tomaszko at the following email address:gtomaszko@airsp.org and he will send you a pdf of the notes.

Following a divergence of interests within the TurnStone Group Graham Tomaszko has agreed to give up his Directorships of the Group and has purchased the majority shareholding of one of our members, namely Market Resource Managers. The new trading Company will be known as Tigon Debt Recovery Services Ltd. and will amalgamate the expertise of Graham and MRM.

TurnStone Group to concentrate on Core Products

Following the recent purchase of Market Resource Managers by Graham Tomaszko and the formation of Tigon Debt Recovery Services Ltd., Bob Floate and Steve Bond of TurnStone Group are pleased to announce the sale of TurnStone Insurance and Reinsurance Services Ltd (TIRS) and TurnStone Corporate Debt Recovery Services Ltd (TCDRS) to Graham, both these companies being rebranded with the Tigon name, whilst retaining the same role within the Market.

Bob Floate stated that he was extremely delighted with the outcome of the negotiations which will enable TurnStone to focus on their core products of Audit and Inspections and Litigation Support and Legal and Technical Translation Services and remove any conflicts that could occur by having companies within the Group with such diverse interests. Steve Bond advised that the sale will now enable them to concentrate on TurnStone North America, a key area in their business plan.

Graham Tomaszko will bring all the Tigon companies under the wing of Mohan Group Holdings, a company based in the North East with varied interests.
