Graham Tomaszko - Managing Director

Graham has in excess of 38 years experience in the London Market. Having started his career in 1968 as a LMX broker, he has worked in both Lloyds and the Company market as a Claims assessor specialising in US liability business including Products, Medical Malpractice, E&O and D&O. In 1984, whilst a Director of a Lloyds Broker responsible for Claims and Credit Control, Graham negotiated his first commutation. Since then he has negotiated in excess of a thousand commutations and collected millions of pounds in bad debt for companies throughout the world including South America, Europe, the Middle and Far East.

Graham's present responsibilities include Managing Director of TIRS TCDRS and TPPS. He is also the founder and Chairman of The Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Service Providers (ASP) Chairman of Run-Off Solutions Ltd (ROS) and CEO of Mohan Group Holdings.
